Enjoy:
Frigidarium (snowfall): Ice frost to tone the body.
Start shower: After toning the body or when changing areas in the Spa, a mandatory step in the shower.
Bubble Jacuzzi with a variety of jets for the whole body.
Turkish Bath with its starry dome and 100% humidity, the body rests watching the stars (It is advisable not to stay more than ten minutes).
Sauna 90 degrees of dry heat (It is advisable not to stay more than ten minutes).
Spray shower: A thin layer of water with hot and cold contrasts.
Scottish Shower: Multiple jets with temperature variation that accelerate our circulation.
Footbath: A walk on a blanket of stones, to activate our circulation, and multiple jets with temperature contrasts.

Children under 12 years of age are not allowed. Minors between the ages of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For reasons of hygiene, people with external wounds, bandages or plaster casts are not allowed to enter. It is compulsory to wear a towel, swimming costume or bikini and flip-flops to enjoy the facilities.
The Hotel is not responsible for any incidents or problems arising from the misuse of the facilities or non-compliance with the rules. In the Spa area it is advisable to walk slowly to avoid possible slips and falls. Accidents caused by slips and falls are the responsibility of the client. Improper behaviour, non-compliance with the rules or misuse of the facilities will be grounds for automatic cancellation of entry and enjoyment of the facilities. Facility Rules
Changing rooms
Please ensure that the changing room area is clean and hygienic at all times.
Lockers
Lockers are at your disposal. We recommend that you leave all your belongings in them. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables in the lockers and changing rooms.
Showers
Before entering the Spa area, it is compulsory to take a shower. When leaving the shower area, please try to do so as dry as possible to avoid falls and slips.
Spa area
The capacity of the Spa is limited to a maximum of 10 guests, so it is recommended to book in advance to avoid crowds.
Both towels and the key to access the facilities are requested at reception and must be handed in on departure. In case of loss of towel or key, there will be a surcharge of 10€.
It is recommended that for each 10-minute heat session, a contrast with cold (ice or shower) is made.
It is forbidden to smoke, eat or drink inside the facilities, except for water in a plastic bottle or plastic cup.
It is not allowed to enter the Spa wearing street shoes.
Please be as quiet as possible in order to enjoy the facilities.
It is not allowed to enter with jewellery, watches or any other metallic object that could be damaged by the use of this service. The hotel is not responsible for their deterioration.
The time spent on the circuit is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes, if this time is exceeded, a supplement of 50% of the rate will be charged.
